Truxio, Inc.and LRT Solutions, Inc are pleased to announce the combination of their brokerage divisions. LRT Solutions is a sister company of Little River Transportation based in Fort Payne, AL. This merger highlights the broader industry trend where strong asset-based carriers are leveraging synergies between their assets and brokerage to provide expanded services and managed solutions to their customers.
Truxio Software will spin-off into an independent company focused on building innovative products and services for FTL trucking companies. With this merger, LRT Solutions has expanded its current expertise in refrigerated and dry van freight to now include flatbed and other specialized freight.
The newly combined entity will operate as LRT Solutions while maintaining Truxio’s motor carrier authority. The combined teams will continue their commitment to providing the perfect solution to our customers.
